Convicted serial cat abuser David Hooi, who was recently released after a year- long jail term have been arrested again. He was convicted twice last year for cat abuse and was jailed twice. On october 25, David was caught bringing 2 kittens home. Mr Adbul demanded that he release the kitten but David pleaded and said he wanted to keep the kitten as pet. The next morning MrAdbul saw the same kitten but without an right eye. He called the police and David was arrested again.
