Lottery scams at least 1 case a day

Gullible singaporeans have been queing up to fall victims to a lottery scam that had claimed more than $2 million this year. The scam send message to people mobile phone saying they had win big in the lottery. Victims are then told to call an oversea number to make payment in advance to cover"adminstrative" or "processing fees". The victim is asked to remit money to a local bank account, or one in china. Once the victim part with their cash, they dissapeared without a trace.
