Planning & Organising is very important..

Planning
i) You must have a task list on what you want/have to do for the month in order to finish your homework or to prepare yourself for exams.
ii) Know what is important , what is not important.

Planning
i) After end of the day or come back from school, take 10 mins to plan what you want to do for the day

ii) End of the day, remember to pack up your table.

i) This is important
ii) If cant do daily, do it every friday before you start playing computer gams.



Help
i) As usual, help is available anytime. You are surrounded by people who are always willing to help. All you need to do is to ask.

Playing comp again during weekday

Swee Fong discovered that he plays the computer in the weekday...
Very disappointing...

We keep our part of the bargain and let him play fully on friday...
Yet his is a repeated time that he was caught playing computer during normal weekdays..

i) Again, Leonard, you are cheating yourself...
ii) Whilst it is enjoyable, you must know when to do something and when not to ..
iii) If you need help, let us know..
iv) But if you spend time trying to get a chance to play and so on, then you are just cheating yourself..
v) Few years time when you look back, you will regret it. If you dont believe, next time if you have a chance, go talk to your Uncle, or others who are doing menial job. Ask them what is their educational level, and ask them whether they regret not studying higher..

2009 Mid Year Exam

He had a fever on the friday...
Doctor give him couple of days MC..
He was actually quite ok, but come from the angle that he doesnt want to take the Additional Maths exam on Monday..
On friday, I give him the time to rest, but he insists on his friday night comp games..(even though i told him he must go for his exams) ..
So he wasted his friday and wasnt serious on his saturday also...

Even for his exam, he is not willing to put in his efforts.
Yet he knows he has not been consistent all the time, he needs whatever time to study
Once exam is over, you cant get him to study...
SO he dont study consistnetly before exam, he doesnt want to burn the midnight exam before the exam..
Even a genius also wont do well.., much less him...

Leonard , think about it....
Now that you are in Sec 3, you only have 7 more years of study life to graduating..
If you dont work hard for this 7 years, you will suffer for the next 40 years.!!!

Every successful person pays a price for getting there...
For eg, you mentioned about Leeza studying so hard...well, she gets 6As..
