Devasting floods cause 1 million people to evacuate from their home. At least 1 death have been reported so far and nearly all public service, including drinking water and transportation have been shut down. The-week-long heavy rain have caused rivers to be overflow submerging at leats 80% of the region. Food was extremely scare, and there is warning for outbreak of cholera and other waterborne diseases.
