Next month, eligible low-and middle-income households will receive second installment of rebats worth between $50 and $110 to help them scope withing rising utility bills. The annoucement by the Ministry of Finance came a day after electricity retailer SP Services said it would rise tariffs in the first quater of next year.The MOF said the Utilities( U-Save) rebates for HDB household range from $100 for a one-to three-room flat to $50 for an executive flat.
