Oil dicovery could give Brazil boost into 'top 10'

A huge offshore discovery could raise Brazil's petroleum reserve by a whopping 40 per cent and boost the country into the top 10 ranks if the world's major exporters.The government oil company said that the new"ultra deep " Tupi field could hold as much as 8 billion barrels of recoverable crude oil.
