Malaysians told to safeguard dishes such as satay

Malysians need to safeguard their food heritage before other countries adopt it as their signature dishes, a government offical has said.Before they lose their satay and roti canai like they lose their chilli crab to singapore, and must find a way to make their dishes synonmous with Malaysia and no other country.
