How retail theft costs the honest buyer
Bottles of liquor, make-up compact and clothings are all favourite target of shoplifters, and their gain is part of the honest consumer's loss- $271 per household a year, to be exact. The number of thefts caught by retailers this year is 2,300 and the average amount stolen per incident is $271.
