Passenger climb of roof to get stronger phone signal... and capsize ferry
At least 31 people were killed and 125 rescued after a ferry sank in indonesia's saulawesi island. Passenger clambered to the roof seeking a stronger signal to make mobile phone call.conclusion:Never take old boats to islands in indonesia that have chances of sinking

interesting comment about not taking old boats/ferries as these forms bulk in Asia. Is this the root cause ?
perhaps to watch out for ...
i) safety, make sure not overloaded
ii) shouldnt passenger be stop from climbing to the roof to get stronger phone signal ?
